Snow Plowing Service Agreement: By scheduling snow plowing services with Yards Away LLC, the Client agrees that snow removal will be performed on the driveway and designated areas only, and does not include sanding, salting, or ice control unless requested and contracted separately. Service will be performed based on snowfall accumulation, typically with a minimum trigger of approximately 2 inches, or as otherwise agreed. The Contractor will service the property at its discretion within a reasonable timeframe following a storm and does not guarantee a specific arrival or completion time. No storm will be intentionally skipped unless extreme conditions prevent safe operation. If the Client or a third party clears snow prior to the Contractor’s arrival, the full service fee will still apply. The Contractor is not responsible for slip-and-fall incidents, ice accumulation, or resulting hazards, nor for damage to pavement, curbs, walkways, landscaping, or surfaces caused by normal plowing operations or pre-existing conditions. Ice control remains the Client’s responsibility unless covered under a separate agreement. Services are billed per visit at the agreed rate regardless of conditions at arrival, invoices are due within 14 days, and all payments are non-refundable once services are provided.
